Preventive potential for the development of resilience of minors by means of physical culture and sports

Objective of the study was to identify the key areas of program activities for the prevention of destructive activity of minors by means of physical culture and sports.
Methods and structure of the study. The scientific work substantiates the concept of resilience and its essential characteristics. Also disclosed is the content of a model program of developing activities with adolescents aimed at developing resilience (hardiness), which has been introduced into the work of a number of institutions in the field of sports and physical culture in the South of the Tyumen region (Ishim, Nizhnevartovsk, Sladkovsky, Yurginsky, Abatsky, Ishim and other districts).
Results and conclusions. The following are defined as key areas of the model program for the development of resilience: socio-psychological, socio-pedagogical, socio-medical, social and legal. The program is seen as a successful example of the implementation of a program that helps young athletes and participants in physical education to acquire the skills of resilient behavior, which reduce the prospects of resorting to destructive forms of activity.
