Objective of the study was to study of the dynamics of various physiological parameters when performing work in the anaerobic power zone under single and repeated hypoxic exposure.
Methods and structure of the study. In this scientific observation, highly qualified swimmers took part, who performed the Wingate test three times. The following physiological parameters were studied: Wtot., Wcrit. , Wcr. , Kut. , VO2max, VCO2, VE, VE/VO2, HR, HLa.
Results and conclusions. It has been shown that a single and multiple hypoxic effect on the body of athletes causes an unequal adaptive response to the dynamics of physiological and biochemical parameters, which is primarily associated with individual tolerance and resistance to hypoxic stress and the rate of recovery of functional systems after the influence of negative factors. A large individual variety of reactions and resistance of the organism to hypoxia are revealed.

Keywords: swimmers, working capacity, hypoxic effect, anaerobic work, recovery.
