The purpose of the study is to identify the psychological and pedagogical potential of the project "Physiological portrait" in the physical culture of students of a special medical group.
Methodology and organization of the study. The experiment was conducted on the basis of the I. N. Ulyanov ChSU and the Chuvash State University with the participation of 144 students of the special medical group (SMG), divided into control and experimental groups based on gender characteristics. All groups were engaged in physical culture according to the approved work programs from September to May of the 2020-2021 academic year. At the same time, in the educational process of the experimental groups, the project "Physiological Portrait" (FP) was additionally used [2] to monitor the functional state (FS) of the students. We assume that the use of this project will form a motivational and value attitude of students to FC classes and, as a result, students will improve their body's FS indicators [1, 3]. In the process of determining FS, indicators of lung vital capacity (VEL), Barbell and Gencha samples were revealed.
The results of the study and their discussion. At the beginning of the experiment, the respondents' average values for the studied parameters were at the lower limits of the norm. At the same time, the control and experimental groups in both boys and girls are homogeneous, have no significant differences in the studied indicators (p0,05). At the end of the experiment, positive dynamics in the samples under study was observed in all groups, as indicated by the average values from the table, this trend is especially noticeable in the experimental groups, according to the coefficient of variation (CV) (see table).
Conclusion. The introduction of the "Physiological Portrait" project into the physical culture program of SMG students (experimental group) significantly improved the indicators of the functional state of the students' organism. We believe that this is due to an increase in the motivational and value attitude of students of the experimental group to regular physical education classes due to the use of AF.
