Objective of the study was to develop and test benefits of the social wellbeing improvement physical/ recreational training model for the 50-60-year-old women.
Methods and structure of the study. We designed the physical/ recreational training model based on a theoretical analysis and synthesis of the relevant research data with a ranking of the physical training methods and tools to offer a wellbeing improvement service for the 50-60-year-old women. We used theoretical modeling and model testing experiment with the progress tests, and processed the test data arrays by a standard mathematical statistics toolkit.
Results and conclusion. The physical/ recreational training model for the age group was designed of the relevant specific procedural, substantive, instrumental and practical elements. The model was tested at Kuban State University in September 2020 through October 2021 and found beneficial as verified by the significant progress of the Experimental Group in every test.
