Objective of the study was to test benefits of a new aerobic training model to improve the cervical neuromuscular system tone and musculoskeletal system of university students.
Methods and structure of the study. We sampled for the aerobic training model testing experiment the 1st-year South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University students (n= 18) with health issues from the preparatory and special health groups. We run pre-experimental surveys of their physical activity, and tested their physical health using medical records, ultrasound tests of the cervical vertebrae; and palpations of the cervical spine by the health specialists. The sample was pretested with low cervical neuromuscular system tone detrimental to brain function and health. The aerobic training methodology we developed was tested beneficial for the neuromuscular system improvement purposes due to the general developmental, special conditioning and strengthening exercises for the neck and musculoskeletal system anterior, posterior and lateral muscle groups.
Results and conclusion. The new aerobic training model to improve the cervical neuromuscular system tone and musculoskeletal system of university students was tested beneficial for correction of the injured cervical vertebrae by special aerobic exercises and physical trainings that secure improvements in the neuromuscular system tone and functionality.
