Development of motivation for independent work of students majoring in physical education in pedagogical university

The purpose of the study is the scientific substantiation, development and description of the mechanisms for the implementation of pedagogical technology for the development of motivation for independent work of masters and bachelors of physical education training profiles in a pedagogical university.
Methodology and organization of the study. The technology of development of motivation for independent work of masters and bachelors of physical education training profiles has been developed, tested and introduced into the practice of the pedagogical university, the basis of which is: the conceptual component of independent work; the content component (target block, block of didactic materials, UMB of independent work); the technological component (organization of independent work, methodological block, etc.).
The results of the study and their discussion. It is proved that the pedagogical model proposed by the authors for the development of motivation for independent work of undergraduates and bachelors of physical education training profiles ensures the formation of the basics of professionalism in the field of physical culture and sports through the introduction of technology for the development of motivation for independent work of undergraduates and bachelors, as well as the readiness of a graduate of a pedagogical university, as required by the Federal State Educational Standard, to carry out educational activities in the field of physical culture and sports qualitatively. The effectiveness of the implementation of the author's pedagogical model depends entirely on the level of formation of professional competencies among graduates, reflecting their readiness for independent work on the selection of content, methods and forms of implementation of pedagogical technology from the standpoint of modern theories of teaching and upbringing.
The introduction of a pedagogical model for the development of motivation for independent work of undergraduates and bachelors of physical education training profiles makes it possible to create such psychological and pedagogical conditions that can ensure the active development of motivation for both educational and self-educational activities based on self-improvement and self-education during the implementation of the developed pedagogical technology.
Conclusion. The development of motivation for independent work of undergraduates and bachelors in a pedagogical university within the framework of the proposed pedagogical technology is carried out on the basis of scientific principles of education and training, laws and laws of preparation and psychological and pedagogical conditions of the educational environment of the university, the use of innovative educational technologies, ongoing webinars, seminars, individual and group consultations, ensuring the quality of formation and development of professional abilities of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports.
