Introduction. High-level weightlifting competitions place increased demands on the psychofunctional fitness of athletes, which is expressed in the presence of high noise immunity to external and internal knocking factors, which we formed on the basis of the interval training method [1].
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the dynamics of the psychophysiological characteristics (PH) of the athletes' body during the application of a special technique developed on the basis of the interval training method.
Methodology and organization of the study. Evaluation of the athletes' body PH (simple visual-motor reaction (PMR); assessment of attention, noise immunity, etc.) was carried out on the computer complex "NS-Psychotest". The strength, balance and mobility of nervous processes were determined.
The results of the study and their discussion. All weightlifters showed a high level of endurance development of the nervous system, as well as an increase (4.3-8.6%) and high indicators of PZMR, reflecting the level of adaptive potential of athletes. Psychophysiological diagnostics of concentration and stability of attention, the ability to resist the effects of background noise when perceiving an object diagnosed a high level of noise immunity in seven of the nine athletes of the experimental group at the end of the experiment. Analysis of competitive results at major sports starts in 2021 compared to 2020, it showed an increase in results from 10 to 16%, confirmed by the stability of the performance.
Conclusion. The construction of an annual training macrocycle of highly qualified weightlifters based on a progressive variant of the interval training method based on strict regulation of rest intervals between approaches and series of approaches in micro and mesocycles, as well as the number of repetitions of exercises and the number of approaches in the exercise allowed to increase the competitive reliability of athletes.
