Children aged 11-12 years after a brain concussion who have low muscle activity are at risk of developing pathology. This is due to the fact that after six months, the balance between the activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems is disturbed in these children and weight and growth disorders develop. They also form an unsatisfactory adaptation of the hemocirculatory system and progressively decrease the level of general physical development. For children after a brain concussion, it is necessary to apply regular rational muscle loads that can optimize the work of their body.
