Objective of the study was to assess the prospects for the application of remote digital technologies in the organization of health and fitness activities of shift workers in Siberia.
Methods and structure of the study. Sampled for the study were 400 healthy males aged 20-40 years, who worked rotating shifts in the north the of Tomsk region and oil and gas production units of JSC Vostokgazprom. They were divided into two groups: Experimental and Control group, 200 subjects each. The Experimental Group males were subjected to moderate-intensity health and fitness activities with a higher motor density, while the physical exercises were applied in the compensatory and aerobic zones (HR - up to 150 bpm, motor density - 48-75%). During the sports games, the high-intensity physical loads were quite short-lived. The Control group males were not involved in health and fitness activities.
Results and conclusions. The technology of realization of health and fitness activities of shift workers is based on network information solutions using visualization, feedback, and on-line control. In the group of shift workers engaged in recreational physical practices 58% of the subjects passed the control tests, and the number of hours missed due to sickness decreased by 62.1%. In the Control group, the first indicator fell to 5%, while the second one remained unchanged. Therefore, the use of remote digital technologies ensures stable health and fitness process and optimal results.

Keywords: industrial gymnastics, recreational physical culture, rotational shift work, remote areas of Siberia.
