Introduction. The implementation of the state policy in the field of preserving the health of the population and achieving the targets of the national project "Demography", in particular, 70 % who are systematically engaged in physical culture and sports, is possible only due to the mass involvement of the adult population in physical culture and sports activities [2].
The purpose of the study is to determine the functional readiness of the population for physical culture and sports activities in preparation for testing according to the program of the TRP complex.
The results of the study and their discussion. As part of the study, the assessment of the functional readiness of the population for physical culture and sports activities during the implementation of the TRP complex was carried out by determining the adaptive potential of the cardiovascular system according to the RM. To Baevsky [1]. During the preparation for testing and testing under the program of the TRP complex, 451 people (257 women and 194 men) from 25 years and older were examined. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that men and women from 25 to 29 years old can exercise without restrictions, since 100% of the subjects were assigned to the first group of health conditions and the ability of the body to adapt to physical exertion.
The results of the study and their discussion. Men and women aged 30 to 39 years mainly have high (sufficient) functional capabilities of the body (67 % are assigned to the first group, 33 % – to the second group of health conditions and the ability of the body to adapt to physical exertion). Women aged 40 to 44 years demonstrate a higher adaptive potential of the circulatory system (74 % are assigned to the first group and 26% to the second group) than men (for men, this indicator corresponds to an equal value in the first and second groups).
After 45 years, the number of people with functional stress and a decrease in the functional capabilities of the body is steadily growing (the second and third groups of health conditions and the ability of the body to adapt to physical exertion). So, in the age group from 45 to 49 years among men and women, 18% are assigned to the first group, 46% to the second, 36% to the third; and in the age group from 65 years and older among men, only 10% are assigned to the second group, and 90% are assigned to the third group with reduced functional capabilities of the body, in women – 6% and 94%, respectively.
Conclusions. The test and regulatory parameters of the state requirements of the TRP complex cause the population after 40 years to strain the adaptation mechanisms and reduce the functional capabilities of the body, do not provide an adequate level of health and physical performance. The data obtained indicate the need to take into account age-related changes when improving the state requirements of the TRP complex.
