Objective of the study was to determine the relationship between the indicators of the functioning of the cardiovascular system and technical-tactical rates when shooting from a small-bore rifle in a lying position using the SKATT shooting simulator.
Methods and structure of the study. Sampled for the study were 30 small-bore-rifle shooters (women and men) having the sports qualifications from Class I athletes to Masters of Sport. The mean age of the subjects was 20-30 years. The athletes were to shoot from the small-bore rifle in the lying position using the SKATT shooting simulator: 40 shots, 4 series. Upon completion, the read-out was processed, both for each series and for all 40 record shots. At the same time, a rapid assessment of the athletes’ physical fitness rates was carried out in the process of training.
Results and conclusions. The analysis of the data obtained revealed that sports results in rifle shooting are indirectly affected by the SKATT shooting performance record, which includes the path length 1 sec before the shot, relative stability in 10-0 and in 10-5 with regards to the aiming center point and target center.

Keywords: rifle shooters, functioning of the cardiovascular system, technical-tactical rates, SKATT shooting simulator, relationship between indicators.
