Relevance. The WHO reported thatthe total number of confirmed Covid-19 casesreached 128 281 535on March 30, 2021. Russiaregisteredover 4,5millioncasesin 85 regions. Covid-19 isaseverediseasewithlong-termeffects. It is notable for extensivelung damage, disease duration and severity, progressive respiratory failure and frequent need for artificial ventilation. Covid can have multi-system damaging effect. It can causepulmonary fibrosis, abnormalities in blood clotting, damageheart, vesselsandbrain, and kidney failure. Negativeeffects of the disease require implementation of effective physical rehabilitation programs based onthe  functional indicators of health condition of rehab patients.
Aimoftheresearch: to develop the theoretical framework and implement the physical rehabilitation program for older adults affected by Covid-19.
Researchmethodsandorganization. The educational experiment involved 109 women (aged 60-70 years). The experiment was carried out atthe7thCityClinic(Kazan).
Researchresultsanddiscussion.
TheCovid-19 rehab recovery programforolder adultsisbasedonindividually regulatedimplementation of physical training and wellness technologies, Nordic walking, and Qigong breathing exercises. Theauthorsusedcommondiagnosticsmethods [1], specially designed questionnaires and protocols.
Implementationofexperimentalmethodshadasignificantrehabilitativeeffectonvariousmorphofunctionalindicatorsby 30% (cardiovascular adaptive capacity, bodymass, bloodpressure (BP),  heartrate (HR), respiratoryrate (RR), lungcapacity (LC), Rosenthaltest, 6 Minute Walk test, spirometry, Genchitest, Stangetest). The treatmentgroupdemonstrated decrease of the following indicators: diastolicBP – by 8,1%, systolic BP – by 16,2%, bodymass – by 17,1%, HR – by 9,7%, RR – by 22,1%. Atthesametime, itshowedincrease of the following indicators: LCby 22,7%, Rosenthal test – by 2,3%, Genchi test  – by 11,05%, Stange test – by 17,3%, 6 Minute Walk test  - by 6,1%, spirometry – by 5,9%.Thecontrolgrouppracticing traditional rehabilitation exercises demonstrated lower changes than the treatment group.
Questionnairesurveyrevealedthatregularexercisesbecameadailyroutinefortestsubjectsregardlessoflifecircumstances(100%), and they improved the life quality (self-estimation) of peopleinvolved in this activity. Theresearchparticipantsexpressed their interest in further activities;theynoted better state of health, activity, and mood. Various vital functions have intensified.
Conclusion:Analysis of research data revealed that regular implementation of individually selected physical training and wellness technologies together with breathing techniques reduces the post-disease rehabilitation process and improves mental and physical condition of people involved in these activities.
