Conclusion. The predominance of the external type of religiosity among students of sports faculties has an important theoretical significance. Since this type, as we have already noted, assumes a motivational scenario for achieving success: "they mainly set a certain goal for themselves, choose means, organize and direct their own activities to achieve it" (Mishin Yu. V.).
