Introduction. The problem of successful social integration of people with disabilities is relevant in our country. In this process, the means of adaptive physical culture and adaptive sports are actively used. Despite the introduction of adaptive sports standards for all nosological groups, they do not include all sports disciplines. For example, billiards is not included in any of the federal standards for sports for people with disabilities and disabilities.
The aim of the study is to substantiate the effectiveness of sports training methods for billiard players with hearing impairment at the stage of initial training.
Methodology and organization of the study. In a pedagogical experiment organized on the basis of the SSHOR "Spectrum" (Kazan) (September 2018 – May 2020) was attended by 20 athletes with hearing impairment 9-11 years old, studying in the department of billiards (KG-10, EG-10 people).
The results of the study and their discussion. A method of sports training of billiard players with hearing impairment at the stage of initial training has been developed, including: author's gestures that determine the system of basic strokes in billiard sports, special exercises for teaching technical elements taking into account the peculiarities of perception of persons with hearing impairment, means of health-improving and correcting orientation, means of mental training, aerobic exercises.
The assessment of the physical condition of the athletes showed that regular use of the developed technique increased the indicators of VEL by 35.7 % in girls and by 31.3 % in boys, right hand dynamometry (in the majority of athletes).) - by 89.6% in girls and 70% in boys in EG, in KG, the indicators of VEL increased by 17.3% in girls and 14.9% in boys, the indicators of carpal dynamometry-by 44.8 % in girls and 30 % in boys. According to physical fitness tests, the increase in EG was significantly higher than in KG. In the test "Flexion-extension of the arms in the supine position" (times) - 109.5 % in girls (KG – 80.9%), 56.2 % - in boys (KG-18 %), in the test " Squats "(once a minute) - in girls, the indicators improved by 101.4 % (KG-81.4 %), in boys-by 79.2 % (KG-59 %), in the test from the Federal Standard of Sports Training in billiard sports "Stand on one leg, the second leg is raised" (arms crossed on the chest), the increase was 80.7 % in girls (50 % - KG) and 82.7 % in boys (31 % - KG), in the test "Throwing a tennis ball at the target" (once out of 10 attempts), the indicators improved by 123.5 % (64.7%). % – KG) in girls and 100 % (55% KG) in boys. In all tests that demonstrate an increase in technical readiness ("purposefulness and straightness of the blow", "accuracy of the blow", "proportionality of the blow"), the increase in EG athletes was 2-3 times higher than in KG.
Conclusion. The effectiveness of the developed method is confirmed by experimental data. Work continues on the development of methodological support at the training stage and the stage of sports improvement.
