Introduction. Currently, our country has an All-Russian complex of TRP, which allows us to assess the level of development of physical fitness of various groups of the population of the Russian Federation. However, the standards that are the basis of this complex must meet modern requirements for assessing the physical capabilities of the population and periodically undergo correction based on the results of population studies [1].
The purpose of the study is to compare the indicators of readiness of students of general education schools in the regions of Russia with the standards of the All-Russian TRP complex.
Methods and organization of the study. On the instructions of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Institute of Age Physiology of the Russian Academy of Sciences organized a large-scale study of the health and living conditions of modern Russian schoolchildren in primary (2nd and 4th grades), primary (5th and 7th grades) and full (10th grade) schools, including motor testing of students according to a standard battery of tests. The study was conducted in 10 regions of Russia, with a total of 5,145 boys and 5,219 girls tested. We compared these results with the standards of the All-Russian TRP complex (in accordance with age levels).
The results of the study and their discussion. The obtained data on the physical fitness of students allowed us to form scales for evaluating individual results based on sigmal deviations, and it was these scales that were compared with the TRP standards: the average values of the scales - with the TRP norm for the bronze sign, the silver standard-with the sigmal deviation of the border " above average "and the gold standard – with the value" high " obtained from the sigmal scales.
It turned out that most of the tests today's students pass with great ease. 14-year-olds easily cope even with the standards of the IV stage, designed for 15-year-olds.
Conclusions. A comparison of the difference in performance in the long jump from the spot with the standards of the TRP complex allows us to state that the implementation of this test does not require special effort or special training of students. Other indicators of test results behave similarly. Meanwhile, in our opinion, the All-Russian TRP complex should have standards of such complexity that stimulate the desire to improve their motor fitness and motivate them to do this at all age levels.
