Introduction. A person's communication begins with childhood, with the first social institution – the family, where the parents have an authoritative value for the child. Having started his professional development, having come to the origins of big sports, the emphasis in communication shifts and the coach becomes the person who is authoritative for the athlete. As a true professional in his field, the coach is able to direct the energy of the ward in the right direction in one word, and the coach has more than one pupil, the reaction of each is unpredictable, so communication skills in the life of the coach play a fairly significant, if key, role. Today, the headlines of the media are proud of the success of athletes, and the main social customer-society is trying to figure out what factors affect the education of the strongest athletes, what is the key to success. This explains the relevance of the research topic.
