Introduction. In the process of mastering the "initial" professional training program, police officers develop the skills to perform combat techniques in isolation from situations where they are used. It is necessary to search for effective means and methods of training employees in the use of combat techniques in typical situations of official activity.
The aim of the research is to provide a theoretical justification for the organizational and methodological foundations of training police officers to use combat techniques based on an integrative approach and a sensorimotor method of training at the stage of professional training.
Methodology and organization of the study. The study was conducted in 2019/2020 on the basis of the Tyumen Institute for advanced training of employees of the Ministry of internal Affairs. The study used the following methods: analysis and generalization of educational literature, modeling of the educational process.
The results of the study and their discussion. As a result of the study, the organizational and methodological foundations of integrated training of police officers in the use of combat techniques at the stage of "initial" training were determined. The process of" initial " training includes 2 stages: stage I – training in combat techniques of wrestling; stage II – training in the use of combat techniques of wrestling. At the first stage of training, intrasubject integration of fighting techniques is used, which allows you to structure the thematic plan on the principle of"from simple to complex". Thus, the main conditions for the formation of the reception skill are met: the variability of the reception performance and the volume of repetitions of the reception. The main method of teaching fighting techniques at this stage is to combine the sensorimotor method and the exercise method. The essence of the sensorimotor method is to reduce the number of sensory analyzers involved in the perception of information about the attacking actions of the assistant when working out methods of protection from blows. The reduction of the sensor analyzers involved occurs in stages and selectively to one or two (visual or visual and tactile). At the first stage of training, the skills of fighting techniques are formed [1]. Phase II of the training uses interdisciplinary integration of the content of physical training and other flexible academic disciplines of educational programs initial the" training of police officers designed for in-depth training of employees in some job categories, such as employees of divisions of traffic police of the MIA of Russia, employees of PPSP, police commissioners. The main method of training at this stage is the combination of sensorimotor and situational methods. In the classroom, employees consider typical situations of the use of physical force.
Conclusion. The organizational and methodological foundations of integrated training of police officers in the use of combat techniques allow developing private methods and technologies for training police officers of various official categories in the framework of "initial" training, higher professional education and additional professional education.
