Objective of the study was to scientifically substantiate the educational technology of synchronized formation of the technical and physical fitness of junior swimmers at the stage of initial sports specialization.
Methods and structure of the study. The developed technology consisted in the step-by-step formation of the integral readiness to achieve sports excellence through the synchronization of technical and physical training of junior swimmers at the stage of initial sports specialization. The content of the technology consisted of three stages: mastering the technical basics of the chosen specialization-specific swimming technique; mastering the details of the swimming technique; excelling the individual swimming technique.
Results and conclusions. On the basis of the step-by-step formation of the integral readiness of athletes for the competitive activities using the technical and physical training synchronization algorithms for junior swimmers, we reached the level of development of their special physical qualities needed for the prospective improvement of their sports skills. A new scientific result was obtained: the possibility of the effective improvement of the technical and temporal parameters of the structural swimming cycle by means of the synchronized formation of the technical and physical fitness of junior crawl swimmers. The findings proved the effectiveness of the educational technology of synchronized formation of the technical and physical fitness of junior swimmers at the stage of initial sports specialization.
