Objective of the study was to determine the impact of the kinesiological educational technology on the motor fitness of preschoolers.
Methods and structure of the study. The study was carried out at the premises of the Municipal Budgetary Pre-school Educational Institution No. 4 "Montessori", Tomsk. Sampled for the study were 88 preschoolers aged 5-6 years (Control and Experimental Group, 44 subjects each, 20 girls and 24 boys). The experimental work to determine the effectiveness of the developed kinesiological educational technology was carried out in the period from September 2018 through August 2019. The physical education program for the Experimental Group subjects included 4 groups of kinesiological exercises: 1) exercises for the median line of the body; 2) transition exercises; 3) power exercises; 4) exercises to develop stress tolerance and confidence.
Results of the study and conclusions. The findings indicated that the speed-strength qualities in the Experimental Group girls improved significantly (p<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of display of flexibility in the girls (p>0.05) of the Experimental and Control Group after the experiment; however, in the Experimental Group this indicator increased by 23.8%, while in the Control Group - by 8.2% only. After the experiment, the degree of display of agility was significantly higher in the Experimental Group compared to the Control Group. Similar data were obtained from the analysis of the motor fitness rates in the 5-6 year-old boys under the influence of the kinesiological educational technology.
