Monitoring of Students' Physical Qualities: Current Physical Education Organization Management Technology

Introduction. Currently, to identify promising athletes and process the results of the revived TRP complex, the development of technologies for monitoring indicators of health, physical development (FR) and physical fitness (FP) of various gender and age groups of the population is of particular relevance.
The difficulty of implementing monitoring is the lack of a unified scientific and methodological approach for the entire system of sports and education, as well as tools for organizing testing of indicators of FR and FP, as well as requirements for processing results that involve the use of modern computer equipment.
The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the comprehensive pedagogical monitoring of health indicators and knowledge of students.
Methodology and organization of the study. The method of integrated pedagogical monitoring developed by us is described in textbooks and contains three technological stages: measurements, calculations, and evaluation operations performed using information and diagnostic software. The method is universal and allows you to track the dynamics of physical qualities of not only students of educational institutions and adults, but also athletes, future reserves of high-performance sports, performing special tests for a particular sport. This method has been tested in most regions of Russia and neighboring countries.
The results of the study and their discussion. The implementation of the method begins with the first stage of "filling in the maps of actual measurement", consisting of five sections: General, containing information about the subject (age, gender, social status); section measure FR (body weight, height, WGC, power brush, VC); section measurement of PP indicators defining the level of development of physical qualities; the section with the measurement of functional training; the fifth section for students of educational institutions – "level of knowledge", filled in the average score for students and schoolchildren.
At the second technological stage, "Calculated", the indices of weight, vital, hand strength, chest excursion, and proper vital capacity of the lungs are calculated according to the FR section. According to the FP section, each of the physical qualities is calculated for compliance with the gender and age norm and the overall level of physical fitness of the subject is determined.
In the third stage, "Evaluation of results" is tracking the estimated quantitative values of indicators to assess the dynamics of FR on any subject, the dynamics of development of physical qualities and physical capacity, functional state of body systems.
Conclusion. Comprehensive pedagogical monitoring, which tracks the dynamics of health indicators and the level of knowledge of students, is a breakthrough technology in managing the organization of physical education and a significant factor in assessing the quality of education (if knowledge is growing, but the most important health indicators are falling, then such an educational system cannot be called high-quality).
