The transition to distance learning of students is characterized by an increase in time spent at the computer (65 % of respondents), a static lifestyle and low level of physical activity have a negative impact on their health, and self-isolation causes additional stress and threatens the mental health of young people, which means that the organization of distance learning requires teachers to develop new forms and methods of working with students.
