World Cup finals: forecasts for biathlon relays using quantum energy diagnostics

Background. Quantum energy diagnostics tools for the Russian biathlon team competitive performance forecasts may be effectively applied in the competitive performance planning. Quantum diagnostics driven forecasting method may be applied to select the best competitors to the women's relay team [1, 2].
This method eliminates any inaccuracies in the composition of the women's relay team, excludes the competitors' professional interest and subjectivity, as well as helps receive objective qualitative data on their special physical fitness.
The quantum energy diagnostics tools for the competitive performance forecasts were applied promptly and in a short time frame. Nowadays, the competitive activity of female biathletes does not imply the application of the quantum diagnostics method for express forecasting of athletic performance, which leads to a decrease of the expected sports result.
Objective of the study was to analyze benefits of the express quantum diagnostics-driven competitive performance forecasting method in application to the women's biathlon relay team in the World Cup finals.
Methods and structure of the study. The method applied for the study purposes was quantum energy rating of the energy state and functionality of biathlons competitors. The quantum diagnostics method may be described as the contact or remote influence on the body energy system of athletes of both sexes for diagnostics, performance and functionality recovery process rating purposes before and after the training, precompetitive and competitive activities. At the same time, the distance between the athlete and team when the energy system coloration and functionality are recovered is of no importance.
Results and discussion. The article gives the theoretical grounds for and presents the effects of the energy system on the special physical fitness of the women's relay team in the World Cup (January 13, 2018, Ruhpolding). It considers the energy coloring profiles of the female biathlon competitors before each stage of the women's relay, showing the following types and forms of the energy system coloration.
At the first stage of the relay, coloration of U. Kaisheva's energy system was red, with the energy mostly presentable in a circular form, indicating the absence of tension of the functional systems. After the first shooting, all targets were hit and the energy coloring profile changed from the perfect circle to the irregular vertical red-greenish square, which resulted in a decrease of the functional indicators. After the second shooting, all targets were hit and the red-color energy background was reduced to the circular form, indicating insufficient special physical fitness, decreased functional indicators and reduced energy potential before the relay, and the female athletes' special physical fitness during their competitive activity lasted until the first shooting only.
At the second stage of the relay, coloration of D. Viralainen's energy system was predominantly red, with the energy presentable in a circular form, with the presence of a small green circle in the center, indicating functional tension, fatigue, and stress. After the first shooting, she missed one shot and her energy coloring profile changed from the red-greenish circle to the regular horizontal red-greenish square, which testified to a decrease of the functional indicators. After the second shooting, the biathlete missed three shots and her color energy background was preserved in the form of a red square with yellow on the edges, indicating a strong stressful state, at the same time, there was a slight increase in her functional capacities. At the end of the relay, the square-shaped color energy was filled with grey at the top and pink at the bottom, indicating over-fatigue. The biathlete's special physical fitness during the competitions lasted until the second shooting. At the third stage of the relay, I. Uslugina was found to have a vaguely expressed red-circled background with the presence of two small green circles, which confirmed insufficient functional fitness and dependence of competitive result on the level of physical fitness. After the first shooting, she missed a shot and her energy coloring profile changed from the red-greenish vague circle to the regular horizontal square with the dark-red and yellow circle, indicating some stabilization of the functional abilities.
After the second shooting, the biathlete missed a shot, and her color energy background was preserved in the form of a red square with green energy on the edges, which indicated pronounced fatigue. At the moment of the relay exchange, the coloring energy profile changed from the red-greenish square to pink-reddish, which confirmed that the level of special physical fitness was enough to start forming a competition form.
At the fourth stage of the relay, coloration of E. Yurlovaya's energy system was red, with the energy presentable in a square (screen) form, with no clear borders at the top, and with yellow at the bottom; but at the same time, there was no circular form, which indicated insufficient special physical fitness and over-tension of the functional system. After the first shooting, she did not miss and her energy coloring profile changed from red-yellowish to the regular horizontal square with red-yellowish and blue, which also indicated a decrease of the functional indicators and tension on the cardiovascular system. After the second shooting, the biathlete missed one shot and her color energy background was preserved in the form of the red-greenish square, which testified to pronounced fatigue. At the moment of the relay exchange, the red-greenish color energy changed to light-red and blue circles. This indicated unstable dynamics of the functional system and working capacity.
The female biathlon competitors had a low and average level energy system and the relevant low and average functional fitness levels. Let us present the energy coloring profiles of the female biathletes by the relay stages: the first stage - red-greenish, second - pink-gray, third - pink-reddish, fourth - light-red. The energy was mostly presentable in a square (screen) form rather than a circular one – that may be interpreted as indicative of fatigue, over-fatigue and poor adaptability of the bodily systems to competitive stress.
The female biathletes had a low-average level energy system and the relevant low-average functional fitness level, with the red-greenish background. They were characterized by the horizontal square form of color energy with the green and yellow energy dominated on the inside in a circumferential direction. The color energy system in the female biathlon competitors changed in the form and content depending on the functional fitness level, degree of fatigue, over-fatigue, and over-tension during the competitive activity.
A high, winning, efficient, ideal energy system level of female biathlon competitors should be maintained throughout the entire stage in the form of a pink-reddish circle. The perfect pink-reddish winning color energy of U. Kaisheva was observed at the start of the first relay stage only, while the rest of the biathletes of the women’s relay team neither had the winning, effective, ideal color energy nor demonstrated the high competitive result. as a result, the women’s relay team finished seventh. It should be noted that the energy potential increased gradually in I. Uslugina, U. Kaisheva, D. Viralainen, E. Yurlovaya, but this increase was not as dynamic, ideal to demonstrate a high competitive result.
Conclusion. The quantum energy diagnostics method allowed forecasting the competitive performance of the women's biathlon relay team in the World Cup. It helps rate competitive progress by the athletes' energy system levels.
The quantum energy method made it possible to make point estimation of the athletes' functionality, special physical fitness and quickly determine the functional capacities of the female biathlon competitors. Quantum diagnostics driven forecasting method may be effectively applied to select the best competitors to the women's relay team.
This method eliminates any inaccuracies in the composition of the women's relay team, excludes the competitors' professional interest and subjectivity, as well as helps receive objective qualitative data on their special physical fitness not only in biathlon but also in cyclic, acyclic and combined sport disciplines. The competitive activity of female biathletes does not imply the application of the quantum diagnostics method for express forecasting of athletic performance, which leads to a decrease of the expected sports results.

Abstract
Quantum energy diagnostics tools for the Russian biathlon team competitive performance forecasts may be effectively applied in the competitive performance planning. Quantum diagnostics driven forecasting method may be applied to select the best competitors to the women's relay team. The quantum diagnostics-driven competitive performance forecasts may heavily contribute to the competitive progress due to the reliable quantum diagnostics functionality rates generated by the new method. The quantum diagnostics method may be described as the contact or remote influence on the body energy system for the performance and functionality recovery process rating purposes in the training, precompetitive and competitive processes. The study tested the biathlon competitors with the low and medium-levels energy coloring profiles indicative of the relevant low and medium fitness levels. Analysis of the energy coloring profiles by the relay stages shows the first stage dominated by the red-greenish, second by the pink-grey, third by pink-reddish and the fourth by light red colors, with the energy mostly presentable in a square (screen) form rather than a circular one – that may be interpreted as indicative of fatigue, over-fatigue and poor adaptability of the bodily systems to competitive stress.
