The aim of the study is to prove experimentally the leading factors determining the effectiveness of individualization of the training process of basketball students.
Methodology and organization of the study. The study was conducted in 2002-2018 on the basis of student basketball teams participating in the championship of the Association of student basketball of Russia Of the Russian University of cooperation, as well as Moscow state technical University. N. E. Bauman. The study involved 48 students-basketball players with I category and CMS. On the basis of somatotyping (technique R. N. Training programs were developed for young men of the first experimental group, taking into account the somatic type and variant of biological development.
The results of the study and their discussion. Due to the training of basketball players, taking into account their constitutional features, the results of test exercises characterizing the speed qualities during the experiment increased: in the 30 m run in persons of Mas type-by 8.9%, Memas type-by 6.9% and Mo type-by 5.0%; in the 60 m run, respectively, by 3.9; 3.4 and 4.3%; in the Shuttle run-by 12.5; 10.2 and 8.1%.
Indicators of speed-power preparedness, which characterize the long jump with a running start, also increased in individuals Mac type in the long jump with a run of 8.8%, Mamas type – 8.4% and the Mesa type – 8,2%; in the long jump from place – 5.9; 4.8 and 9.3 per cent respectively. Power indicators in Mas-type individuals in pulling up on the crossbar increased by 23.1%, in pushing the stuffed ball-by 14.6%; Memas-type - by 18.2 and 15.5%, respectively; Mo-type-by 30.0 and 16.2%. Endurance indicators, which characterize running at 1000 and 1500 m, increased in individuals Mas type in running at 1000 m by 5.1%, in running at 1500 m-by 3.6%; in individuals Memas type increased by 5.1 and 1.9%; Mo type-by 3.8 and 2.1%, respectively.
Jumping ability was assessed in the surveyed students by the test "Jump up on Abalakov". Average jumping rates among macrosome – type students increased by 21.2%, mesomacrosome-type by 20.6% and mesosomal-type by 25.6 %.
Conclusion. The increase in indicators of General physical fitness proves that the training program, compiled taking into account the somatic types and the variant of biological development of the examined students, is effective. In addition to significant gains in the indicators of test exercises, it should be noted the alignment of intra-group indicators by the absolute values of test exercises, i.e. experimentally substantiated factors of individualization for each somatic type, regularly monitoring their growth, allow to achieve significant sports results.
