Introduction. The process of cultural and educational activities (pkpd) in the University provides ample opportunities to identify and implement the inclinations, abilities, opportunities and needs of bachelors, the manifestation of which is due to the freedom to choose the most attractive type of activity in accordance with the inclinations of the subjects of pedagogical influence [1, 2].
The aim of the study is to increase the level of professional readiness of bachelors of the faculty of physical culture and sports of pedagogical University in the process of cultural and educational activities.
The results of the study and their discussion. Experimental check of efficiency of a technique of increase of level of professional readiness of bachelors (EG and KG on 84 persons) of faculty of physical culture and sports showed its expediency and possibility of use in the forthcoming professional activity. The content of the methodology provides for ensuring the readiness of students to develop a program of selected cultural or physical-recreational forms of leisure, reflecting the preliminary preparation of the venue, its aesthetic design; readiness of the asset; selection of effective means and methods to maintain a sustainable interest of students in this form of cultural and educational activities; as well as a consistent discussion of the results of activities in accordance with the developed criteria.
The study revealed high, medium and low levels of professional readiness (PP) of bachelors for professional activity. At the first stage of the study, most of the students had a low level of PP in its various types and directions. In process of formation of system of special knowledge improvement of theoretical, methodical and practical PP at the subsequent stages of research is revealed; the number of students with low level of PP to professional activity in EG decreased at corresponding increase in their number with average and high level. In KG high level was revealed at 2 students (2,4 %), in EG – at 18 (21,4 %). The average level was in KG at 29 students (34,5 %) and in EG – at 39 (46,5 %). Low level remained in KG at 53 students (63,1 %), in EG – at 27 (32,1 %).
Conclusion. Mastering by bachelors of faculty of physical culture and sports of skills of the organization and carrying out pkpd allows to solve more successfully problems of training and education of students of different school age, to reveal features of their behavior, thinking, actions and acts in concrete pedagogical situations; to improve professional skills.
