Objective of the study was to develop and theoretically substantiate a strength building kettlebell sport model to train 10-11-class students for the GTO Complex tests. The model was tested at Secondary School #46 in Surgut city. Progress of the Experimental and Reference Groups was tested by (1) Pull-ups on a horizontal bar test; (2) Prone push-ups test; (3) Squat-to-jump test; (4) 3x10m shuttle sprint test; (5) Vertical-hang legs lift test; and (5) Vertical hang on bent arms test. The Reference Group was trained as recommended by the standard school curriculum; and the Experimental Group trainings were dominated by the strength building kettlebell sport practices, with the trainings including theoretical and practical sessions. The pre- versus post-experimental tests showed benefits of the model as verified by the Experimental Group meaningful progress in the physical strength building domain.
