Practical programmatic provisions to harmonize academic intellectual and motor activity

The article overviews practical programmatic provisions for harmonization of academic intellectual and motor activity in the academic study period and analyzes the program design, content and implementation technology in the educational process. The program to develop theoretical and practical competences in the academic intellectual and physical working capacity securing and improvement domain for success of the academic studies on the whole and physical education in particular was designed to include the following four stages: cognitive capacity testing stage; process correction and formation stage; professional application stage; and progress testing stage. The new program testing experiment demonstrated progress of the Experimental Group in the academic intellectual and physical activity management for professional competency building in the academic educational period.
