The study analyzes in detail the content, design and benefits of a customizable individualized physical training model for Fire Rescue Academy cadets. The proposed physical training model is customizable for the following educational conditions and age-specific physiological variations in the cadets’ physical progress over the academic educational period: developmental disproportions in the basic physical qualities; high percentage of the poorly physically fit entrants to the Academy; and natural regress in the cadets’ functionality over the academic educational period.
