The study considers the key matters of the regulatory framework building to regulate the professional labour relationship in the sport institutions of the Russian Federation. The study obtained the survey data to profile variations of the sport institution personnel’s attitudes to the labour remuneration systems in terms of their adequacy and fairness and with an emphasis on the factors of influence on the financial provisions of the sport contracts viewed as a basis for the relevant regulatory provisions for the professional activity being efficient. An educational experiment under the study showed that, first of all, it was quite beneficial for the legal competence building in the personnel of the sport institutions; and, second, the proposed education course should involve every staff member of a sport institution at as early stage as possible.
