The study considers the effects o special rehabilitation technologies to improve the university mas-wrestlers workability rates. The study was performed at Churapcha State Physical Culture and Sports Institute with 40 healthy 17-20 years-old students engaged in mas-wrestling sport for 1-4 years being subject to the study. The subjects were equally split into Study and Reference Groups (SG and RG) of 20 people each. The SG applied the special combined physical rehabilitation tools as required by the special program designed by the study team and including vibratory massage; traditional manual massage; contrast sprays; and the Cedar Barrel and Nuga-best methods. The study data and analyses showed that the combined physical rehabilitation tools applied on a regular basis help notably step up the junior mas-wrestlers’ physical workability rates. The available reference literature was found to give neither data nor practical recommendations on sets of physical rehabilitation tools applicable by the mas-wrestlers and, therefore, a high priority need to be given to further studies of the rehabilitation tools and effects applicable in the competitive mas-wrestling training systems.
