Subject to the tests under the study were the following functionality rates: arterial pressure; quiescent-state heart rate; peaking forced expiratory volume; and wrist dynamometric indices. One-way (ANOVA) and multiple-way dispersion analysis method was used for the intergroup data difference meaningfulness ratings for the sporting versus non-sporting 8-17 year-old subjects under the study. The analysis gives the grounds to conclude that living conditions are of significant influence on the functionality rates of the young men and women athletes, with those residing in comfortable apartments and hostels showing notably higher functionality rates than their peers living in jurts.
