The study was designed to consider and analyze – based on the fundamental studies by N.A. Bernstein, L.V. Volkov, I.A. Arshavskiy et al. generalized by V.K. Bal’sevich in his Ontogenesis Theory and own statistically meaningful study data – the onto-kinesiologic features of the 4-10 year-old would-be athletes. Such consideration and analysis gives the means to revise, on a well-grounded basis, the popular sport-selection test methods customized to the pre-sport selection of the 4-6 year-olds. The study resulted in 7 revised test methods being developed and recommended for use with the relevant updated application and data interpretation recommendations.
