Objective of the study was to develop and assess efficiency of a standing wrestling technique excelling method based on micro-start movement correction in application to Greco-Roman wrestlers aged 15-17 years. The study gives an overview of the new standing wrestling technique excelling method based on the micro-start movement correction in the training and competitive process in application to the Greco-Roman wrestlers aged 15-17 years; and provides frame sets of conditioning and preparatory exercises to correct the micro-start movement sequences for different groups of holds. An educational experiment showed the proposed method being efficient as verified by the meaningful improvements in the micro-start movement sequence performance times for every subject group of holds (р<0.05; 0.01) in the training process and test competitions.
