Boxing in fitness system

Obviously, mass boxing classes have a complex effect on all muscle groups and physical condition of the one engaged. Many people of all ages like boxing for it solves the problems of their mental and physical health promotion when learning its technique and tactics and develops their personal qualities. In the context of mass boxing sessions special training is not facilitated and sessions are arranged based on the trainee's health status.
Objective of the research was to substantiate the technology of boxing sessions in the fitness context. Boxing fitness sessions are an interesting form of training which not only helps keep fit, get fit and learn necessary motor actions, but also forms the trainee's sport lifestyle and introduces him into active life.
