Place and role of "Applied Physical Education" course in university curriculum

The article presents the materials of the university physical training curriculum of the "Applied physical education" course. The academic application of the block system of exercises that provides for high intensity and high volume training sessions, learning the basic elements of sports included in the course curriculum, varying exercises to improve motor and functional fitness. Midterm assessment standards were also presented.
