Introduction. The first Mas-wrestling World Championship, which was held in the capital of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2014 with 186 participants from 35 countries involved, showed that this national sport became increasingly popular not only among the people of the Far North, but in the world in general. By the nature of athletes' motor activity mas-wrestling (earlier called - stick pulling) is classified as power combat sport, that requires of athletes to display more of their strength (maximum and "explosive" strength, strength endurance) and speed qualities, where agility manifests itself as a reaction to the referee's command at the beginning of a bout and responsiveness to changing conditions during the bout, as well as swiftness of making decisions of further motor actions [2]. Therefore, the manifestation of these motor abilities is limited by the psychophysiological state, the study and correction of which are relevant in mas-wrestling. Along with a large number of research papers [4, 5, 7, 8] devoted to the psychophysiological research in sports, which demonstrated the efficiency of forecasting of sports results, implication of typological features in choice of specialization, the level and swiftness of mastering of a technique, stability of performances in the competitions, this research area is understudied in national sports, particularly, in mas-wrestling.

One of the ways to improve the effectiveness of the training process is to correct the psychophysiological state of athletes using various ergogenic aids intended to increase working capacity and improve the psychophysiological characteristics of athletes [1, 5, 13]. It becomes more and more relevant to search for the non-performance enhancing substances that would improve working capacity, accelerate the processes of recovery of the body systems and enhance the psychophysiological state. Among such preparations is "Epsorin" developed by the scientists from the Institute for Biological Problems of Cryolithozone of SB RAS (Yakutsk), based on the extract of reindeer velvet (unossified) antlers [3, 5]. In this regard, the development of new approaches of pharmacological support of sports activities is based on the study of the administration details of the bioproduct made of the northern raw material "Epsorin", its effects on the body of mas-wrestlers in terms of strenuous sports activities, aimed at protection of their health, recovery processes acceleration, increase of working capacity and the level of psychophysiological state.

The purpose of the study was to determine the efficacy of the biopoduct made of the northern raw material "Epsorin" for correction of psychophysiological state of skilled mas-wrestlers.

Materials and methods: The sensory component of the psychophysiological state was examined using the "Diagnost-1" software (N.V. Makarenko, V.S. Lizogub, Ukraine), which included several tests: SVMR - evaluation of simple visual-motor reaction; CR1-3; CR2-3 - defining the choice reaction of one signal out of three and two signals out of three respectively, LNP - estimation of lability of the nervous processes; SNP - determination of strength of the nervous processes.

26 mas-wrestlers of 17-23 years of age (I Class - MS) were involved in the study. During the first stage of the experiment we identified the indices of individual-typological features of the higher nervous activity and sensorimotor functions of mas-wrestlers (men, n = 26). As a result of the study, the rating scales of psychophysiological state of athletes were elaborated. They were calculated based on the sigmoid scales (M.V. Zatsiorskiy, 1979) using a five-point system.

The second phase of the experiment was dedicated to assessment of effectiveness of the bioproduct made of the northern raw material "Epsorin" used by the skilled athletes. 18 mas-wrestlers were involved at this phase. The groups were formed with due regard to the test for homogeneity of the examined athletes. The study consisted of two sub-phases. At the first sub-phase, at the beginning of the two-week microcycle (pre-dose), we evaluated the psychophysiological state of the athletes of control and experimental groups. During the two-week microcycle the EG athletes took the course of administration of the extract of the reindeer antlers "Epsorin". This microcycle was followed by the second sub-phase of the study, which included re-evaluation of the psychophysiological state of mas-wrestlers of both groups. The research was conducted in the pre-season of the annual cycle at the premises of SRL FSBEI HPE "Churapcha State Institute of Physical Culture and Sport ", SFI of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) V. Manchaary Republican center of national sports.

Results and discussion. As follows from the study of mas-wrestlers, the rating scales of psychophysiological state were designed to determine the individual-typological features of the higher nervous activity and sensorimotor functions. They are presented in Table 1.

The analysis of the psychophysiological tests allowed for the conclusion that the athletes were able to step up the indices in 11 out of 15 examined parameters. There were statistically significant differences in the temporal indices of the latent period in the following tests: CR1-3 - the test result decreased by 37 ms, LNP - by 21 ms, SNP - by 24 ms. Also, there was a considerable increase in the values of such parameters as: minimum signal exposure time - less than 25 ms, the number of errors when defining the choice reaction of one signal out of three decreased by 3, which equaled 50% of errors of the group average. However, the duration of the latent period slightly changed while estimating SVMR - 8 ms, CR of two signals out of three - 6 ms, the number of exposures when assessing the strength of the nervous system increased by 3 units. No statistically significant differences in the test results were observed between the CG athletes before and after the experiment.

Conclusions. Based on the experiment, the rating scales of psychophysiological state in terms of individual-typological features of the higher nervous activity and sensorimotor functions of skilled mas-wrestlers were developed.

It was experimentally proved that the bioproduct made of the northern raw material "Epsorin" had a positive effect on the psychophysiological state of athletes, in particular, on the display of individual-typological features of the higher nervous activity and sensorimotor functions of athletes, which contributed to the decrease in the latent periods of SVMR when determining the degree of lability of the nervous processes and strength of the nervous processes, reduction of the number of errors when defining the choice reaction of one signal out of three, as well as improvement of the level of psychophysiological state.
