The physical development of the female students was assessed using the following parameters: body height and weight, hand dynamometry and spinal mobility. The dynamics of functional readiness was evaluated based on the following parameters: vital capacity, heart rate when standing, heart rate after 20 sit-ups in 30 seconds in the standing position and blood pressure.
