The problem of efficiency and quality of education in the field of physical culture and sport remains one of the most important problems of modern society.
Result of the action depends on the quality of thought, thinking activity. A thought that precedes an action, performance of a task - is not only what was due to reflections, ideas, but what fills the mind, beliefs and attitudes.
The purpose of the present study was to consider the problem of the state of individual characteristics of regulation of trainees' voluntary activity.
This study indicates the need to form in pupils at physical education and sports lessons the concepts of self-regulation of behavior, activation of the development of regulatory processes and regulatory and personal mental characteristics to effectively master motor actions at all levels of education.
We assume that the use of the algorithmic sequence of the presented in the methodology in a certain order indicators of self-regulation of behavior will help to faster and better master the technique of physical and sport activities and will contribute to its improvement. Conscious and deliberate performance of exercises at the learning and mastering levels of the educational process will reduce injuries among those involved in sports.
