Key words: pulse, schoolchildren, load, running.
Physical working capacity of schoolchildren should be tested in compliance with a number of physiological requirements, which are controlled by the increased heart rate and power load.
Previously this issue has been dealt in the light of the available knowledge.
In connection with the foregoing, on the one hand, we returned to the detailed analysis of previous studies and, on the other, - faced the need to interpret the analysis in accordance with the current ideas of development of physical abilities of school aged children.
Let us remember that the observed response of the body to physical exercise, performed by school-aged children, with three stages of their increase.
The purpose of the present study was to examine the given issue based on the authors' researches performed of heart rate in vivo at muscle work in schoolchildren.
The researchers consider this fact from other positions. For convenience of analysis, the researchers divide each of the groups into subgroups with lower (1-I) and higher (2nd) loads, the value of heart rate during the third load.
Today in the context of school testing of physical working capacity using a modified treadmill test represents one of the variants of information (simple, accessible and informative option), which can reflect and show to a teacher the effect from physical culture on the body of schoolchildren.
