Results of learning the subject "Physical education" within the requirements of the federal state educational standard define the final results, which should be shown by schoolchildren on completion of training, implementing their skills, abilities on the basis of formation of universal teaching actions.
And this is despite the fact that the feature of "Federal state educational standard of the second generation is the activity approach, which main task is the student's personality development. The feature noted above, is rejecting the traditional presentation of learning outcomes in the form of knowledge, skills and abilities and the formation of universal teaching actions in various activities including sport one.
Thus, the use of the technology of developing education in the formation of universal teaching actions when primary schoolchildren are learning the subject "Physical Education" will not only contribute to the transformation of the child into a self-learning subject, but also into a pupil who understands the mechanisms of self-learning, is interested in self-development and able to do so; but also to the improved independence, self-confidence, self-control and formation of a conscious attitude to health promotion, rapid learning and assimilation of the material being studied.
