Abstract
Objective of the study is to substantiate the variability of content and the pedagogical conditions of the realisation of a practice-oriented approach in physical preparation classes at the universities of the MIA of Russia for the formation of the professionally significant motor skills of cadets and learners. Methods and structure of the study. The basis for the construction of the author’s methodological developments was the practice-oriented approach and the principles of teaching clarified on its basis: the taking into account of the priority of the applied results of teaching, the modelling of operational-service contexts, the activity-constructive mastering of knowledge, reflexive self-regulation and external verification. Results and conclusions. A correction of the target guideline of the educational process is proposed, the formation of professionally significant motor skills connected with the performance of combat techniques of wrestling in the conditions of permanent operational-service situations. The achievement of this aim is ensured by the realisation of the corresponding pedagogical conditions, the examination and analysis of real operational-service situations, immersion in the solution of educational-tactical tasks, and involvement in the self-analysis of one’s actions. The revealed conditions make it possible to renew the content and to select innovative methods and means of teaching, above all connected with the combination of theoretical and practical preparation in the conditions of a quasi-professional environment, ensuring the immersion of the learners in situations approximated to real operational-service activity. A conclusion is drawn that the realisation of the practice-oriented approach makes it possible to purposefully form in the learners the professionally significant motor skills relevant to the requirements of the operational-service activity of the officers of the MIA of Russia.
