The testing of stress resistance was carried out by the methods of psychological-pedagogical diagnostics; testing of physical fitness in five tests was also conducted. Results and conclusions. The analysis of the results of the approbation of the process model of increasing stress resistance showed that in the students of the experimental groups statistically significant positive changes of stress resistance and of the psychological characteristics determining it, such as hardiness and situational anxiety, were revealed.
