Abstract
Objective of the study is to present a project of an organisational-pedagogical model of the formation of a value attitude to health in youth in the process of training managers of the sphere of youth policy on the basis of the analysis of the existing approaches and forms of pedagogical work with learners in the ‘Organisation of Work with Youth’ area. Methods and structure of the study. For the development of the organisational-pedagogical model, the methods of modelling, the analysis of documents placed in open access, the secondary analysis of sociological data, compilation, comparison and synthesis were applied. Results and conclusions. The problematics of the attitude of youth to their health and the formation of the value of a healthy lifestyle are manifested fairly vividly in the youth of the Sverdlovsk Region. The youth itself considers that it should be physically stronger and healthier, and most of all the youth fears a sharp deterioration of health. A quarter of the youth of the region attribute regular engagement in sport and physical culture to the practices connected with self-development. At the same time, the youth of the region attributes the formation of conditions for engaging in physical culture and sport to the directions realised at a higher level in the region than other directions of youth policy. Thus, the youth of the region demonstrates a need for the strengthening of health, but does not independently make significant efforts in this direction. This requires the perfection of the system of work with youth in this direction. The values of a healthy lifestyle determine not only many values of a person, but also make it possible for a person to realise their potential and reveal their abilities, which determines the economic and social stability and security of the country. The proposed model can be transferred to other modules, disciplines, as well as, on the whole, to the training of managerial personnel.
