Abstract
Objective of the study is the improvement of the speed-strength endurance of boxers at the stage of basic preparation when using exercises of various intensity. Methods and structure of the study. The development of endurance in performing speed-strength exercises was realised through the use of exercises of anaerobic orientation with the sequential performance, as a recovery, of the same exercises in an aerobic regime. The boxers of the control group applied exercises of a strength character for the development of speed-strength endurance. In recording the results of the study, methods of biochemical control (the concentration of lactate in capillary blood) and physiological control (heart rate, chronometry) were used, as well as methods of mathematical statistics. Results and conclusions. The results obtained in the process of conducting the study testify to the development of speed-strength endurance with an improvement in the utilisation of lactate in the blood during the recovery period when alternating physical loads of an anaerobic and aerobic character. The development of the speed-strength endurance of boxers in anaerobic regimes of performing exercises is substantiated when using, as a recovery, analogous exercises of aerobic orientation.
