Abstract

Objective of the study is the theoretical substantiation and experimental approbation of scientific-methodological approaches ensuring the increase in the quality of the preparation of future pedagogues for the organisation of legal education and the formation of the legal culture of the participants of the educational process. Methods and structure of the study. In this study, on the basis of the integration of the axiological, competence-based and activity-based approaches, a system of preparing pedagogues was developed, including case technologies, the modelling of professional-legal situations and project activity. Results and conclusions. The experimental approbation showed a significant increase in the level of readiness of the students for the legal education of the participants of the educational process. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the substantiation of the effectiveness of the comprehensive application of the methodological approaches in the preparation of pedagogues. The practical significance is determined by the developed organisational-pedagogical mechanisms of the formation of the legal culture of the participants of the educational process.
