Abstract
Objective of the study is the identification of the interrelation of indicators of psychophysiological state and technical and tactical actions of athletes specialising in K1 kickboxing, based on the application of correlation analysis. Methods and structure of the study. Psychophysiological testing was conducted of 35 athletes specialising in K-1 kickboxing, of the welterweight category, whose age was 21.09±2.08 years and whose kickboxing experience was 4.73±1.14 years. To determine the indicators of psychophysiological state, the diagnostic programs ‘KRIS’ and ‘Diagnost-1’ were applied. The study was conducted at the Institute of Physical Culture and Sport of the M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University. Results and conclusions. It was established that the result-effectiveness of technical and tactical actions in kickboxing is decisively influenced by the indicators of the sensory component of psychophysiological state. These include: the time of simple and complex sensorimotor reaction, the reaction time in the ‘switching’ test, the accuracy of reaction to a moving object and the level of errors when choosing among several alternatives. The analysis of interrelations showed that the most significant correlation pleiades, where the Pearson correlation coefficients were in the range from r = -0.791 to r = -0.944, are formed between technical-tactical effectiveness and the strength characteristics of nervous processes, which emphasises their paramount role in the control of motor actions.
