Abstract

Objective of the study is to assess the influence of the integrated application of a theoretical course, practical classes and self-testing on satisfaction with motor activity, psychological comfort and the maintenance of motivation of students of managerial specialities. Methods and structure of the study. The survey was conducted during physical culture classes among 1st-year students during the first semester. The course consisted of 15 classes combining three types of classes – lectures, classes in mass sports requiring the application of the acquired theoretical knowledge, and practice in self-testing of the participants. Results and conclusions. Physical culture classes, including the integrated application of a theoretical course, practical training sessions and self-testing, increase satisfaction with physical activity, contribute to the formation of collectivism, and systematise the training process of students.
