Abstract

Objective of the study is to develop a concept of systematic and targeted management of long–term training of athletes in judo. Methods and structure of the study. The scientific work includes systematic, personality-oriented, activity-based, technological, differentiated and integrative approaches that provide a comprehensive review of the process of sports training as an integral pedagogical system. Results and conclusions. The key provisions of the concept are substantiated, revealing the essence of the long-term training of judoists as a managed, open and dynamically developing system focused on achieving milestone targets of sportsmanship. The author's concept is formulated, based on a systematic increase in the level of sports skills by achieving targets at each stage of long-term training and technologization of the training process. It has been established that the effectiveness of training is determined by the consistency of pedagogical influences, the individualization of the training process, taking into account the morphofunctional and typological characteristics of athletes, as well as the continuity of the stages of sports improvement. The results obtained can be used in the development of sports training programs for judoists, improvement of the selection system and management of the training process.
