Objective of the study. To select, theoretically substantiate, and describe the pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of master's students in education to organize physical education and health-improving activities at school.
Methodology and organization of the study. Based on the authors' experience, during the training of students at Tula State Pedagogical University named after L.N. Tolstoy and Bryansk State University named after Academician I.G. Petrovsky, it is proposed to examine scientific approaches to the selection, substantiation, and description of pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of master's students in education to organize physical education and health-improving activities at school. These conditions ensure their position as subjects of choice in professional training in the "Physical Culture" direction and contribute to their professional and personal growth.
Results of the study and discussion. The state of higher education in Russia today is characterized not only by intensive searches for effective forms and methods of educational activity, but also by the creation and effective implementation of personality-oriented pedagogical conditions for learning, formation, and development of students that would contribute to the maximum realization of their capabilities. This stage of modernization of higher education objectively initiates the creation of an educational model of university graduates' readiness that would ensure the formation and development of personality at the maximum level of its physical, psychological, and intellectual resources.
The fact of substantiating and describing the pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of master's students in education to organize physical education and health-improving activities at school becomes obvious. These conditions should be implemented only within the framework of a model of university graduates' readiness.
During the experimental work, we established that the formation of readiness of master's students in education to organize physical education and health-improving activities at school will be productive if the following pedagogical conditions are implemented: consolidation of stable positive motivation for professional development, self-development, understanding and conscious internal striving for improvement in the professional sphere; use of a complex of traditional and new pedagogical technologies in teaching; development of the content of new disciplines and introduction of educational and methodological materials into the educational process; use of a system of increasingly complex creative educational and pedagogical tasks solved when organizing physical education and health-improving activities at school. The implementation of these pedagogical conditions will ensure active stimulation of master's students in education toward educational activity during their mastery of the curriculum.
Conclusions. There is currently no universal way to select and substantiate the pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of master's students in education to organize physical education and health-improving activities at school in the "Physical Culture" direction. Therefore, the methodological approach to achieving the stated goal will be based on the specifics of the future professional activity of master's students in education in the field of physical culture and sports as such, and on the features of development and learning over a strictly defined period of time.
The introduction of pedagogical conditions into the educational process should be carried out in stages, taking into account features not only at the prognostic and design stages, but mainly at the practical stage, through the integration of the content of professional pedagogical disciplines, which will reflect the entire dynamics in the training of a pedagogical university graduate.
