Software module for the systematisation and monitoring of university students’ physical fitness

Objective of the study is to justify and implement a software module for the systematisation and monitoring of university students’ physical fitness levels within the educational process.
Methods and structure of the study. The following research methods were employed to address the objectives: a literature review, data collection, a questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis of the research results. Based on an analysis of regulatory and legal acts, it was concluded that there is a need to introduce innovative teaching technologies into the educational process. Based on the questionnaire survey, it was established that the use of a software module for systematising and monitoring the level of physical fitness is in demand among students and is an important factor in increasing motivation for classes.
Results and conclusions. The software module for systematising and monitoring the physical fitness levels of university students contributes to the development of students’ physical qualities and the improvement of their education.
