Effectiveness of using a chatbot in the process of supporting independent strength training sessions

Objective of the study is to determine the effectiveness of using a chatbot as a form of pedagogical support for independently organised strength training classes for girls.
Methods and structure of the study. A pedagogical experiment was conducted with the participation of girls aged 18-20 with no experience in sports, aimed at studying the possibilities of a chatbot as a form of pedagogical support for strength training classes. The following methods were used: anthropometry, functional testing, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical observation.
Results and conclusions. The experiment showed that the planned result in the form of a reduction in body circumference parameters in girls who participated in the programme proposed by the chatbot, but without real supervision by a specialist, was achieved at the cost of a deterioration in the body's adaptive capabilities, as well as a loss of interest in using strength fitness tools to correct physique. Interactive content allows you to engage and maintain an individual's interest in physical education, sports and health-oriented activities only with the active participation of a specialist with the appropriate competencies.
